Shipping and Returns
Thank you for shopping with us. At Pleasant Feather, we understand how much you value your every purchase and we are committed to making your shopping experience as delightful as possible. We provide Fall and Pico services and are more than happy to get it done for you.
Domestic:
- Shipping charges are Standard Rate INR 100/- Per kg (All Over India), Subject to change according to the weight.
- Our delivery partner is Delhivery.
- We do free Shipping (within India) when your purchase is above INR 7,000.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
- Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us an e-mail within 2-3 hours. (No Whatsapp messages).
- Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
- Shipments will be delivered between Mondays through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
International:
- Shipping charge differs from Country To Country.
- Any custom taxes/charges have to be borne by the customer.
- Our Delivery partner is India Post.
- We don’t have any Transit insurance
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours
- If for any reason customer doesn’t accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.
No Cancellations allowed once the order is placed
Returns & Refunds:
- We do not have returns & refunds policy.
Exchange Policy:
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects, we would exchange the same. All this is backed by e-mailing us (No Whatsapp Messages) about it within 24 hours of receiving the products at the shipping address.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Shipping charges To & Fro is to be borne by the client.
- Products that are eligible for exchange, should reach us within 7 to 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
Here are certain scenarios where we will NOT be able to support Exchange:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received.
- Products with tampered or missing tags, or blouse fabric cut out from the saree.
- Items that are returned without original packaging and original bills.
- Exchange of sale products cannot be considered unless it is a defective product received in torn condition.
- Product with mis-prints & colour variant is not considered under defective product.
- If Fall & Pico is done on the Saree.
